让VFPOleDb在64位系统上运行

VFPOleDB 是一个32位程序，在Vista和Windows 7 64为系统上默认是不能连接dbf数据库文件的。

解决方法：

1. 下载VFPOleDB
2. 安装VFPOleDB，安装过程中选择 安装到"所有用户" (图)
3. 在IIS中打开应用程序池，选择“高级设置”，将“启用32位应用程序”选为“True”。(图)
